The central railway station of Munich (Germany) is a large and modern train station: Hauptbahnhof München.
Everything is clean. The station looked on arrival very spacious and light to me. It's a friendly welcome to travellers.
It has many shops and restaurants. There is a shop of the French chain Brioche Dorée. Delicious pastries - highly recommended!
Munich Central Station is one of 21 German stations that belong to category 1. Stations of category 1 are big and busy railway stations.
